Preparation:Grate 2 peach halves into a pitcher, discarding the skins. Finely dice the remaining peaches and add them to the pitcher along with the fruit, wine, and herbs. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Then serve. Ingredients:
- 3 ripe peaches (about 0.5 kg), cut in half, pitted
- 1 - 2 oranges, sliced into rounds
- A handful of strawberries, chopped
- 1 bottle of young Riesling (750 ml or 3 and 1/3 cups)
- 10 leaves of lemon verbena, lemon balm or mint, torn
