Preparation:

In a saucepan, bring 1/2 cup honey, 1 tablespoon molasses, 2 ounces unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil. Stir in 1/2 cup popcorn. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 300°F (150°C) until crisp, 10-15 minutes, checking frequently. Cool completely and serve.
