S'mores with fried bananas

Ingredients:

  • Medium ripe bananas
  • Brown sugar
  • Large marshmallows
  • Peanut butter or chocolate butter
  • Graham crackers

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat (175°C/350°F). Leave the bananas in their peels and make one slit lengthwise down each banana. Fill the slits with brown sugar.
  2. Place the banana(s) on the grill and grill until soft and charred, about 5 minutes. Transfer them to a cutting board and set aside to cool slightly. Peel the bananas and slice into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Meanwhile, thread the marshmallows onto skewers and grill them over the grill until soft and browned, about 2 minutes. You can also toast the marshmallows with a torch.
  3. To assemble, spread a little peanut butter on graham crackers and top with bananas and marshmallows. Top with more graham crackers and enjoy!
