- 4 ribeye steaks
- Ribeye seasoning, recipe below
Ribeye seasoning
- Salt and ground black pepper
- Chili powder
- Cayenne pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Place the steaks on a large platter and sprinkle seasoning on all sides. Transfer the seasoned steaks to a hot grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
