Ingredients:
- 1 - 2 sweet potatoes, washed and dried (1 large or 2 small)
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 230°C. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Slice the sweet potato into 0.5 cm thick slices. Pour olive oil into a large bowl and add the spices. Add the sliced sweet potato and toss. Arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets. Bake until the sweet potato is crisp, about 10 minutes.
