Kid-Friendly Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup whole milk + more as needed
  • 0.5 cup vanilla yogurt (full fat)
  • 1 tbsp dark brown sugar

Preparation:

  1. Place oats, raisins and into a blender jar. pumpkin pie spicePour in the milk, adding more if necessary to cover the oats. Mix thoroughly and set aside until the oats are soft, about 15 minutes.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the yogurt, brown sugar, and 1.5 cups ice and blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into two glasses.
