Iced tea with mint topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 3 bags of green tea
- 1 liter of boiling water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Half a large lemon, cut into 0.5 cm thick slices.
- 1 bunch of fresh mint, washed
- 2 cups of cold water
Preparation:
- Steep the tea in boiling water for 10 minutes. Pour the brewed tea into a serving pitcher. Add sugar and lemon and stir with a bunch of mint, holding it by the stems, to dissolve the sugar. Once the sugar has dissolved, add the mint to the pitcher and add 2 cups of cold water. Refrigerate until completely chilled. Strain the tea before serving and serve cold.
