Iced tea with mint

Ingredients:

  • 3 bags of green tea
  • 1 liter of boiling water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Half a large lemon, cut into 0.5 cm thick slices.
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint, washed
  • 2 cups of cold water

Preparation:

  1. Steep the tea in boiling water for 10 minutes. Pour the brewed tea into a serving pitcher. Add sugar and lemon and stir with a bunch of mint, holding it by the stems, to dissolve the sugar. Once the sugar has dissolved, add the mint to the pitcher and add 2 cups of cold water. Refrigerate until completely chilled. Strain the tea before serving and serve cold.
