Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 ripe avocados, crushed
- 1 cup cocoa powder or dry hot chocolate mix
Preparation:
- Place the melted chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, and avocado puree in a medium bowl and stir until smooth. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder onto a plate. Scoop out a heaping teaspoon of the avocado mixture. Form balls in your hands. Roll the truffles in the cocoa powder. Refrigerate for another 10 minutes to set.
