Creamy smoked fish dip topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeño
- 1 tbsp finely chopped celery
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 4 drops of Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops hot sauce, such as Tabasco
- 110 g smoked fish
- About 3 tablespoons sour cream
- Crackers or fresh vegetables, for serving
Preparation:
- Combine cream cheese, jalapeño, celery, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a food processor and process until smooth. (See also recipe) Creamy dip).
- Chop the fish, place it in a food processor, and blend again until evenly distributed. Add sour cream to the sauce to make it smoother.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
