- 1 jar whole pickles, cut into sticks
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- A little brine
- 1 cup corn flour
- 1 cup premium flour
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 0.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp finely chopped dill
- Peanut oil for frying
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 190°C.
- In an 8x8 inch baking dish, combine the milk, egg, cayenne pepper, and a splash of brine. In another baking dish, combine the cornflour, wheat flour, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dill.
