Sardines and parsley butter

Ingredients:

  • One can (230 g) of sardines in oil
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Crackers

Preparation:

  1. Open one can of sardines in oil and pour the oil into a small bowl.
  2. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts, the zest and juice of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes to the buttered bowl. Serve with sardines and crackers.
