Ingredients:
- One can (230 g) of sardines in oil
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
- Crackers
Preparation:
- Open one can of sardines in oil and pour the oil into a small bowl.
- Add 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts, the zest and juice of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes to the buttered bowl. Serve with sardines and crackers.
