Ingredients:
- 10 bags of black tea
- 1 jar (360 g) berry jam
- 0.5 cup cranberry juice
- 2 cups of raspberries
Preparation:
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Place the tea bags in a heat-proof container and pour boiling water over them. Let the tea steep for 5 minutes, then remove the bags.
- Meanwhile, transfer the jam to a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the cranberry juice and stir. Bring the berry mixture to a boil and cook until the jam has dissolved, about 4 minutes.
- Strain the berry mixture through a sieve into the tea container (remove any seeds or pulp). Add 6 cups of ice cubes to the berry tea and stir. Store the cooled tea in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container.
- To serve, fill 8 tall glasses with ice cubes. Add a raspberry to each glass. Pour in the tea.
