Garlic yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/4 cups yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic

Preparation:

  1. Crush 1 clove of garlic and sprinkle with coarse salt, then mash and spread with the flat side of a knife until it forms a paste. Mix with 1 1/4 cups of low-fat plain Greek yogurt and thin with water to your desired consistency.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cumin. Serve with couscous or spoon into pot-au-feu.
