Ingredients:
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, grated
- Zest of 1 lemon
Preparation:
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, dill, mint, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
