Pumpkin Cheeseball topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. square cheese crackers
- Two bags of 220 gr. grated cheddar
- 220 g of cream cheese
- 1 packet of mac and cheese powder
- The stalk of 1 bell pepper
- A sprig of fresh parsley for garnish
- 1 bag green tortilla chips
Preparation:
- In a food processor, pulse the cheese crackers into very fine crumbs.
- In a large bowl, combine the cheddar, cream cheese, and mac 'n' cheese powder until smooth. Form the mixture into a ball and roll in crushed cheese crackers.
- Wrap the ball completely in plastic wrap and shape it into a pumpkin. Use a wooden spoon or skewer to make grooves in the pumpkin.
- Unroll the cheese ball. Place a pepper stem and a sprig of parsley on top, and place the ball on a plate with green tortilla chips.
