Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sour milk or kefir
- 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
- 2 cups shredded grilled chicken
- 2 celery stalks, diced, plus leaves for serving
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 8 leaves of Bibb lettuce
- Finely chopped chives, for serving
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, yogurt, vinegar, dill, and green onions. Add the chicken, celery, apple, grapes, walnuts, and raisins, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the chicken salad among the lettuce leaves and top with chives and celery leaves.
