Ingredients:
- 170 g dark or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fruit, cake pieces, cookies, marshmallows and/or pretzels, for dipping
Preparation:
- Place the chocolate, cream, and vanilla in a medium bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Serve the fondue warm with a variety of appetizers.
