Chrysanthemum Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml. dry vermouth
  • 30 ml. Benedictine
  • 7 ml of absinthe
  • 1 orange zest curl

Preparation:

  1. Pour vermouth, Benedictine and absinthe into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Squeeze orange zest into the drink, then rim the glass with the zest and garnish. Drink immediately.
