Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped ginger
- 1/4 cup honey
Preparation:
- Combine 8 cups water and 1 cup thinly sliced unpeeled ginger in a saucepan and bring to a boil; simmer until reduced to 5 cups, about 25 minutes. Add 1/4 cup honey and pour into mugs (strain the tea if desired). Sprinkle with cinnamon.
