Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of fresh mint
  • 1 cup simple sugar syrup
  • 1 apple, diced (remove core)
  • 1 orange, peeled and diced
  • Crushed ice, as needed
  • 1 bottle of Spanish rosé wine
  • 2 tbsp. soda
  • 1 cup grapefruit soda
  • 3 shots of white rum

Preparation:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine half a bunch of fresh mint leaves with simple syrup and mash to release the oils. Add the diced apple and orange and swirl again. Fill the pitcher with crushed ice. Top with rosé.
  2. Add club soda and grapefruit soda. Add 3 shots of white rum and stir gently. Pour the cocktail into glasses and garnish with the remaining mint leaves. Cheers!
