Ingredients:
- 60 ml pear nectar without preservatives
- 30 ml of vodka
- 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 90 ml chilled Prosecco
- Pear slice and lemon zest, for garnish
Preparation:
- Combine pear nectar, vodka, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled, then strain into a champagne flute or coupe.
- Add Prosecco. Garnish with a slice of pear and lemon zest.
