Salami envelopes

Ingredients:

  • 100 g sliced ​​salami
  • 1 pickled and 1 fresh cucumber each
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 sprigs of dill
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and spices to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cut fresh and pickled cucumbers into strips.
  2. Chop the garlic and herbs.
  3. Mix sour cream with herbs and garlic.
  4. Spread the salami slices with sauce, place cucumbers on top and secure the edges with toothpicks.

    When serving, garnish the envelopes with herbs.
