Ingredients:
- 2 x 1L cartons of passion fruit juice (about 8 cups)
- 1 can (1.3 l) of pineapple juice
- 3 cups light rum
- 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 cups dark rum
- 1 tbsp grenadine
- 0.5 tsp almond extract
- Orange slices, for garnish
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Preparation:
- Combine passionfruit juice, pineapple juice, light rum, orange juice, dark rum, grenadine, and almond extract in an eight-quart container. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Strain the cocktail into a large punch bowl. Serve over ice in glasses. Garnish each serving with an orange wedge and a maraschino cherry.
