Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup yellow mustard
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp hot sauce
Preparation:
- In a small saucepan, combine 2/3 cup yellow mustard, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and 2 teaspoons hot sauce. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves, about 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add 3 tablespoons of butter, stirring until completely melted; season with salt and pepper to taste. Let cool.
