Spaghetti in grape tomato sauce with herbs topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 450 g spaghetti
- 4 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups chopped mixed herbs, such as parsley, basil, dill, chives, cilantro, and/or green onions
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions. Pour off 3/4 cup of the water and drain the pasta in a colander.
- In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, herbs, oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a few grinds of black pepper. Add the pasta and 3/4 cup of the cooking water. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
