Stingy Jack cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml of cognac
  • 30 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 15 ml of allspice liqueur
  • 3 drops of Angostura
  • 90-120 ml of pumpkin beer

Preparation:

  1. Combine 30 ml each of cognac and freshly squeezed orange juice, 15 ml of allspice liqueur (such as St. Elizabeth), 3 drops of Angostura, and 7 ml of simple syrup in a shaker; add ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a tall glass with ice. Add 90-120 ml of pumpkin beer.
