Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 0.5 cups of sour milk or kefir
- 0.5 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finely grated lime zest and 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin, toasted
- Half a serrano pod, chopped
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, buttermilk, cilantro, lime zest and juice, cumin, and serrano pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the olive oil.
