Milkshake with liqueur topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 180 ml coffee liqueur (recommended: Kahlua)
- 180 ml dark rum
- 6 tbsp dry malted milk + a little for sprinkling
- 6 scoops of chocolate ice cream
- 350 g dark chocolate, shaved
- 350 ml seltzer water
- 3 tbsp. crushed coffee beans
Preparation:
- In a blender, combine coffee liqueur, dark rum, malted milk, ice cream, and chocolate chips. Blend until foamy.
- Pour into 6 glasses, top with 60 ml of seltzer water, garnish with coffee beans and a splash of malted milk. Serve immediately.
