Ingredients:
- 0.5 cup freshly squeezed orange juice + 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice + 1 tsp zest
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 jicama, cut into strips
- 4 cups watermelon, cut into 5cm pieces.
- 1/3 cup torn fresh mint leaves
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine citrus juices, honey, pepper, and salt. Add jicama, watermelon, and mint and toss to combine.
