Classic Bean Sprouts Stir-Fry topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- Peanut oil for frying
- 0.5 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp. chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 450 g bean sprouts, peeled
Preparation:
- Heat a wok thoroughly, coat it with oil, and add green onions, ginger, and garlic. Season with salt and stir.
- Add the bean sprouts and cook, stirring and quickly turning them over. Check for flavor. Serve immediately. Serve with rice. Serve on a small oval platter.
