Ingredients:
- 0.5 cups of sugar
- 0.5 cups of water
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 0.5 cup apple juice or non-alcoholic cider
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups of ice
Preparation:
- In a small saucepan, cover the sugar with water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes.
- Pour the cooled syrup into a blender. Add yogurt, raspberries, apple juice, vanilla, and ice. Blend until the mixture is smooth and thick. Pour into glasses and serve.
