Simple coleslaw topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 package (400 g) of coleslaw mix
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Add the coleslaw mix, dill, and parsley and stir. Let sit for 15 minutes. Stir again before serving.
