Ingredients:
- 1 hoagie bun, cut in half lengthwise
- 0.5 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 0.5 tsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1 slice Boar's Head Deluxe roast beef
- 1 slice Boar's Head Ovengold turkey breast
- 1 slice Boar's Head reduced-salt ham
- 2 tomato slices
- 1 circle of red onion
- 2 rings of green bell pepper
- 2 slices of pickled cucumber
Preparation:
- Place the cut bun on a clean work surface.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, and basil. Drizzle the vinegar mixture over the inside of the top half of the bun.
- On the bottom half, arrange the ingredients in the following order: lettuce, beef, turkey, ham, tomatoes, onions, peppers, and pickles. Top with the top half of the bun.
