Vitamin C Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml of gin
  • 0.5 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, very cold
  • 1 bottle of light beer, very cold
  • 1 orange slice, cut in half, for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Pour gin and orange juice into two chilled glasses.
  2. Top up with a little beer, then add an orange slice to each glass. Serve immediately.
