Chocolate candies in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • 900 g salted, fried peanuts without adding oil
  • 110 g of sweet chocolate
  • 1 pack (340 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips or broken up (about 2 cups)
  • 1.1 kg white chocolate with almonds

Preparation:

  1. Place the peanuts in the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker. Top with the chocolate: first the sweet chocolate, then the chocolate chips, then the white chocolate. Set the slow cooker to the lowest setting and cook for 3 hours. Do not stir the mixture.
