Ingredients:
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 small jar of canned tangerines (drained syrup)
- 3/4 cup crispy puffed rice (breakfast cereal)
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
Preparation:
- Place 2 tablespoons of yogurt in the bottom of four juice glasses. Top each with 4 tangerine wedges. Sprinkle the tangerines with 1.5 tablespoons of puffed rice, then top with another 2 tablespoons of yogurt.
- The next layer is diced pineapple, and then another 1.5 tablespoons of rice.
