Chief Kamehameha's Mai Tai

Preparation:

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour orange juice, pineapple juice, rum, amaretto, lime juice, orgeat, ginger liqueur, and nutmeg. Shake vigorously. Serve over ice in a tall Hawaiian glass. Garnish with garnet syrup, a pineapple wedge, a cherry, and a lime wheel.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml of orange juice
  • 60 ml. pineapple juice
  • 45 ml white rum
  • 15 ml amaretto (for example, Italian liqueur Disaronno)
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml orgeat syrup
  • 7 ml ginger liqueur
  • A little nutmeg
  • Ice
  • 7 ml pomegranate syrup
  • Fresh pineapple slices, cocktail cherry, lime wedges, for garnish
