Baked plantains with jam topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 large plantain banana, peeled and cut into 1.5 cm pieces
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup guava jam
- 1 tbsp rum
- Salt and ground black pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the plantain pieces on it.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the agave jam and rum, season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the plantain slices and bake for 15-20 minutes.
