- 2.5 tbsp. sugar
- 2 cups ice-cold sparkling water
- 1 cup mango puree
Preparation:
- Salted version: Beat the yogurt until smooth and gradually add ice water. Season with salt and pepper.
Sweet option: Whisk the yogurt and sugar until smooth, then gradually add ice-cold sparkling water and mango puree. (The drink will foam like a milkshake.)
