Oven-Glazed Peaches

Ingredients:

  • 6 peaches, sliced ​​(cut in half and pitted first)
  • 1.5 liters of blueberries
  • 1 - 2 tsp orange blossom water (the flowers of the orange tree, a hybrid of mandarin and pomelo)
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar (optional)
  • 2 cups natural yogurt (optional)

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, gently stir the peaches and blueberries together with a large spoon. Add the orange blossom water and continue stirring.

    Serve cold or transfer the fruit to a 20x30 cm baking dish, sprinkle with cane sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes, until the sugar caramelizes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Serve with cream "Whipped cream with eggnog liqueur" topped with yogurt.
