Ingredients:
- 1 pack (300 g) frozen edamame pods (defrosted)
- 2 tbsp. l. canola oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- Salt and ground black pepper
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, season with salt and pepper to taste, and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the edamame and sauté for 4 minutes, until the beans are heated through and the onion is soft.
