Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup (250 g) butter
- 250 g chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup premium flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 22 x 33 cm baking sheet or pan with baking paper and spray with cooking spray.
Combine regular sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and eggs in a large bowl until smooth, set aside.
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler and mix until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture and mix thoroughly. Add the flour and cocoa.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted into the batter comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Let the cake cool completely before slicing.
