Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp. tapioca flour
- 1 tbsp. grated Asiago cheese
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil, plus extra for greasing the pan
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 3 eggs
- You will need: 48-cup mini muffin pan
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a mini muffin tin with vegetable oil.
- Place tapioca flour, Asiago cheese, milk, vegetable oil, salt, garlic, and eggs in a food processor. Process for 2 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each mini muffin cup. Bake for 12-14 minutes, then remove from the oven and let stand for 2 minutes.
Remove the cheese buns from the pan and enjoy.

This is a gluten-free diet recipe. For a sweeter version, omit the garlic and replace the cheese with 1 cup of chocolate..
