Mint-Blackberry Mule topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 90 ml lime juice
- 1/3 cup mint leaves, plus 3 mint sprigs, for garnish
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh ginger
- 15 blackberries
- 170 ml of vodka
- 330 ml ginger beer
- Special equipment: cocktail shaker, pestle, 3 glass jars or copper mugs, skewers
Preparation:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine lime juice, mint leaves, ginger, and 9 blackberries. Puree until smooth.
- Add vodka and some ice to a shaker; shake until combined. Strain into three jars or mugs. Pour 110 ml of ginger beer into each cocktail. Garnish with a mint sprig and two blackberries secured with a skewer.
