Tequila Refresca Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • Ice cubes
  • 30 g of silver or gold tequila
  • 1/8 tsp Campari aperitif bitters
  • 170 g grapefruit lemonade
  • Small slices of fresh pineapple, grapefruit and lime

Preparation:

  1. Place ice cubes in a glass or whiskey tumbler. Pour in the tequila and add a splash of Campari for a subtle reddish tint. For a sweeter drink, add grapefruit lemonade. Garnish with fruit and stir. Enjoy.
  2. Serve the cocktail with a plate of pineapple slices, a small cup of your favorite chili powder, and coarse salt for dipping the fruit.
