Ingredients:
- 2 blood oranges, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 2 naveline oranges, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and divided into segments
- 0.5 tsp salt flakes, such as Maldon
- 2/3 cup crushed almonds biscotti cookies
- 2 cups vanilla gelato
- 4 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons orange blossom honey
Preparation:
- Divide the oranges and grapefruit evenly among four shallow dessert bowls. Sprinkle with flaky salt and crushed almonds. Top with a spoonful of gelato and drizzle evenly with olive oil and honey. Serve immediately.
