Cocktail "Sarsaparilla" topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 orange
- 50 gr. bourbon
- 100 gr. orange balm
- 3/4 cup sarsaparilla beer (root beer)
- 30 g whipped cream
Preparation:
- Using a vegetable peeler, cut the orange peel in a long spiral.
- Combine bourbon and orange balm in a tall glass. Then, swirl the orange peel into the glass a few times and let it sit. Fill the glass halfway with ice and add sarsaparilla beer.
- Decorate the finished Sarsaparilla Cocktail with whipped cream on top.
