Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup hot water
- Juice of two lemons
- 2 cups apricot nectar
- 1 cup of vodka (optional)
- 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling apple cider
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Preparation:
- Dissolve honey in hot water. Cool the syrup, then pour into a pitcher, add lemon juice, apricot nectar, and vodka. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator. Before serving, stir in the apple cider. Serve the punch over ice with lemon slices.
