Grapefruitade with cinnamon

Ingredients:

    For the cinnamon syrup:

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 4 tubes cinnamon

    For the drink:

  • 2 cups freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 2 tbsp of water
  • Fresh raspberries

Preparation:

  1. Pour 1 cup of water into a saucepan, add sugar and cinnamon sticks. Place the saucepan on the stove and heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Cool the syrup and pour into an ice-filled pitcher.
  2. Add grapefruit juice, cold water and some raspberries to a pitcher and stir.
