Ingredients:
- 450 g of ground beef
- 1 teaspoon of prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 0.5 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup ketchup
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- In a small bowl, combine horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, egg, and Worcestershire sauce. Add the contents of the small bowl and mix thoroughly. Add the breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly.
- Place the mixture into a rectangular pan and pour on top. ketchup and place in the oven. Bake for 45-60 minutes.
